Michael Harold Fair
Michael Harold Fair, 55, of Yatesboro, Pa., passed away Monday, January 28,
2013, at the WVU Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va., after suffering from a heart
attack.
He was born October 30, 1957, in Akron, Ohio, to Hugh Hartley Fair and Eyvette
Rose (Shearer) Fair.
He was a 1976 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
Michael worked as a truck driver for Frankferd Farms, Saxonburg, Pa. While
making deliveries, he suffered a heart attack and wrecked the truck he was
driving. No one was hurt in the single vehicle accident.
Michael is survived by his wife, Patricia Anne (Yates) Fair, whom he married
June 21, 1980; his father of Worthington; son Brandon Charles Hartley Fair;
daughter, Stephanie Lyn Fair, both of Yatesboro; brother, Roger Hugh (Sandra
Lee) Fair, of Arizona; and sister, Colleen Rose (Paul S.) Keenan, of Rural
Valley, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eyvette Fair, May 1, 2007.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at
Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 Main St., Rural Valley, Pa.
Services will be held at 8 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Dan
Kaminski of the Grace Baptist Church, Kittanning, Pa.
Burial will be private.
