Jack Leon Clark

Jack Leon Clark, 20, of Worthington R.D. 2, died at his home Sunday, October 23,
1977.

Born March 24, 1957, in Kittanning, he was the son of Victor L. and Dorothy
Eileen (Bauldoff) Clark.

He was employed by Wise Machine Shop, Butler, and was a member of Worthington
Lutheran Church.

He was a 1975 graduate of Worthington High School and Lenape Technical School,
Ford City.

Surviving his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Victor L. Clark of Worthington; a sister,
Mrs. Connie L. Murray of Worthington R.D. 2; his paternal grandmother, Mrs.
Ethel Clark of Worthington R.D., and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Alma
Bauldoff of Sugar Creek Rest Home.

Friends of Jack Leon Clark of Worthington R.D. 2, who died Sunday, Oct. 23,
1977, will be received at the James A. Flick Funeral Home, Worthington, from 7
to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will
be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday from the funeral home, with the Rev. Dean R.
Lingle, pastor of Worthington Lutheran Church, officiating. 

Burial will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthinton, Pa.
