Michele Jean (Bowser) McMillen, 54, of Chicora, died Thursday, June 3, 2010, at
her home. She was born Aug. 23, 1955, in Kittanning, a daughter of William
Bowser and the late Jean (Wilson) Bowser. She worked as a seamstress and was of
the Lutheran faith. She was a member of Ladies Auxilary VFW Post 249 in Butler.
She enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Thomas
McMillen; son, Eric McMillen, at home; daughter, Holly (Jason) Bowman, of
Pittsburgh; father, William Bowser, of Worthington; sisters, Cindy (Kenneth)
Burke, of Florida, Sally (Woody) Kirkwood, of Kittanning, and Marty Stewart, of
Worthington; and brothers, William (Patricia) Bowser, of Fenelton, Ken Bowser,
of Ohio, and Mark Bowser, of Kittanning. She was preceded in death by her
mother. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 1
p.m. Saturday in the F. DUANE SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 119 Bear St., Worthington,
