David George Flick

David George Flick, 54, of Worthington, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at his home. 

He was born February 1, 1954, in Kittanning, a son of the late Orville George
Flick and Carrie Christina (Clever) Flick.

He was a 1972 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa. 

He was a lifelong resident of the Worthington area and was a truck driver for
Logan's Candy Co. Inc. 

He was a member of McKee chapel and loved hunting and the outdoors. He was a
sports fan and especially loved NASCAR and the Penguins. 

David is survived by his wife of 20 years, Cynthia Flick; five children, David
G. (Colleen) Flick, Gina M. Flick, and Mark A. Flick, all of Kittanning,
Stephanie L. Flick, and Joshua P. Flick, both at home; two grandchildren,
Anthony and Mackenzie Flick, both of Kittanning; two brothers, Charles (Leona)
Flick, of Chicora, and Abrum Frick, of Fenelton; and three sisters, Beverly
(Flick) (Francis) Biedenbach, of Herman, Barbara Flick, of Butler, and Janet
(Flick) (Keith) Kijowski. 

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at F. DUANE SNYDER
FUNERAL HOME, Worthington. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in
Worthington Presbyterian Church, with addition visitation one hour prior to the
service, with the Rev. Sherry Cook and the Rev. Jonathon Speck officiating. 

Interment will be in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
 
Memorial contributions may be made to Worthington Presbyterian Church or McKee
Chapel, Fenelton.
