Thomas H. Baker
Worthington
Thomas H. "Bubba" Baker, 57, of Worthington, died Monday Jan. 4, 2010. He was
born Feb. 14, 1952, in Kittanning, son of the late Arthur C. and Lillian Press
Baker. Prior to his retirement in 2006, he had co-owned and was president of
Baker Gas Inc., in Worthington, for more than 27 years. He attended Worthington
High School and graduated from Lenape Vo-Tech, class of 1970. He was a member
and past master of Seneca Lodge No. 805 F&AM, Orient Royal Arch Chapter No. 247,
Kittanning Council No. 52, Valley of Coudersport Consistory and was a life
member of the NRA. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by
a brother, Gary Baker. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 25
years, Pamela Huth Baker; a daughter, Brenda R. Stouffer, of Worthington; a son,
Robert C. (Jen) Baker, of Worthington; a grandson, Duncan "Bodie" Stouffer; and
a brother, Ronald Baker, of Worthington. Friends and family will gather together
from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the F. DUANE SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 119
Bear St., Worthington, where Tom's life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday
with the Rev. J. Paul McCracken officiating. Interment will follow in the Lawn
Haven Burial Estates. Seneca Lodge No. 805 F&AM will hold Masonic services in
the funeral home at 6 p.m. Thursday.
