Audrey Blanche Adams Evans Lute
Audrey Blanche (Adams) Evans Lute, 47, of Lake Road, North Kinsville, Ohio died
Monday December 21, 1998 at her residence.
She was born February 7, 1951 in Kittanning to David and Rose (Lichanec) Adams.
She was a 1969 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
Mrs. Lute was a nurse and was employed as a registered nurse at UHHS, Brown
Hospital and also at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
She enjoyed playing bingo, the outdoors and gardening as her hobbies. She was a
resident of the area for the last 15 years.
She is survived by one son, Patrick Evans of North Kingsville; two daughters,
Stephanie Lute and Melissa Lute, both at home; her father of Worthington and one
brother, Samuel of Hollidaysburg.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Friends of Audrey B.(Adams) Lute, 47, of Lake Road, North Kingsville, Ohio, who
died December 21, 1998, will be received from 11 a.m. Saturday at the
Thompson-Smith Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Conneaut, until the time of
funeral services at 1 p.m. with Reverend Stephen Long, pastor of the First
Presbyterian Church of Ashtabul, officiating.
Internment in Lulu Falls Cemetery, North Kingsville, Oh.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available
at the funeral home.
