Cora Mae Gaiser Wolfe
Cora Mae Gaiser Wolfe, 33, of Karns City, R.D. 2, died Thursday, June 5, 1980,
in Roswell Park Memorial Institute, Buffalo, N.Y.
Born April 1, 1947, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of Elton Minteer and
Lenora (Dickey) Gaiser.
She was a 1965 graduate of Worthington High School.
Mrs. Wolfe was employed as a part-time postal clerk by the Chicora Post Office.
She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church, Chicora R.D. 1, and was an
active leader in community youth work.
Surviving are her husband, John L. Wofle, Jr.; three sons, Timothy, Daniel and
Kevin Wolfe, all at home; her mother, Mrs. Lenora Gaiser, and two brothers,
Jerry E. and Henry C. Gaiser, all of Worthington R.D. 2; and two sisters, Mrs.
Kenneth (Barbara J.) Long of Fenelton R.D. 1 and Mrs. Thomas (Susan) Beckett of
Worthington R.D. 1.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elton Minteer Gaiser, Aug. 25, 1973.
Friends of Mrs. Cora Mae Wolfe of Karns City, R.D. 2, who died Thursday, June 5,
1980, will be received at the Walter G. Snyder Funeral Home, Cowansville, from 2
to 4 ad 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 11
a.m. Monday from Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church, Chicora R.D. 1, with the
Rev.Allen Reithmiller, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
