Patricia Lee Lewis Boyles Streeter
Patricia Lee Lewis Boyles Streeter passed away April 12, 2013, in Stein Hospice
Care Center, Sandusky, Oh.
She was born August 30, 1944 in Worthington, Pa., a daughter of Carl and Olive
Elizabeth (Berkhouse) Lewis.
She was a 1962 graduate of Worthington-West-Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa. and later Clarion State University, Clarion, Pa.
In additions to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband James
Boyles and second husband Sherwood, brother Newton Edward, sister Margaret
Ritzert and stepbrother Walter Wallace May.
At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral services and cremation
has taken place.
