David Michael Fagan
David Michael Fagan, 76, of Worthington, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021
at his home.
He was born January 8, 1945 in Craigsville, the son of Cora Eileen Fagan, and
was a lifelong resident of the community-
He was a 1962 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
He was retired from Castle Rubber.
David was a U.S. Army veteran.
He was of the Methodist faith and he belonged to the Eagles and American Legion.
He is survived by his life partner, Nancy Wagner, of Worthington.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Per David’s wishes, no services will be held.
