Joyce Ann Wilson Yaroschak
Joyce Ann Yaroschak, 59, of Race Street, Worthington, died Wednesday, January 1,
2001, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
Born in Worthington, August 31, 1941, she was the daughter of Raymond and Violet
(Smith) Wilson.
She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
She was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Worthington. Mrs.
Yaroschak had worked at the West Hills School cafeteria.
Surviving are a son, Michael Jeffrey Yaroschak of Worthington; a daughter, Mrs.
Steve (Beth Ann) Confer of New Castle; and five grandchildren. Also surviving
are two brothers, Phillip Wilson of Butler and Steve Wilson of Kittanning; and
two sisters, Jean Bowser of Worthington and Jane Karns of West Kittanning.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Yaroschak, who died in 1988. Four
sisters Janet, Betty Schawl and two infant sisters, also preceded her in death.
Friends of Joyce A. Yaroschak, who died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2001, will be
received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at F. DUANE
SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, Worthington. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Worthington. The Rev. Sue Irons, church pastor,
will officiate.
Burial will be at Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
