Bonnie O. Bowser
Kittanning
Bonnie O. Bowser, 71, of Kittanning, died Saturday, March 8, 2008, in Harmar
Village Care Center. Born Aug. 24, 1936, in Craigsville, she was the daughter of
Mabel (Cole) Bowser, of Kittanning, and the late King Bowser. She was a member
of Center Hill Church of the Brethren and a graduate of Worthington High School.
She enjoyed knitting, sewing, bike riding, reading and walking. In addition to
her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Kelly Lynn (Kenneth) Smith of
Hiram, Ohio, and Kisle L. (Dale) Lynn of Gibsonia; four grandchildren, Kreg and
Kaitlin Smith, Laurel and Aja Lynn; and two brothers, Darrel (Peg) Bowser of
Kittanning, and Jesse (Shirley) Bowser of Worthington. In addition to her
father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy O. Bowser, on Nov. 9,
2002; and a brother, Robert Bowser. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m.
Monday at Center Hill Church of the Bre-thren with her pastor, the Rev. Wes
Berkebile, officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements
