Loretta Eileen Grafton Couch

Loretta Eileen (Grafton) Couch, 51, of 113 Antler Road, Spotsylvania, Va.,
passed away Sunday, July 31, 1983 in Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg,
Va.

She was born May 5, 1932, in the Worthington/Slate Lick, Pa. area, a daughter of
Theodore Roosevelt and Retha Mae (Knappenburger) Grafton.

She was a native of Armstrong County, Pa., and a former resident of Annandale,
Va.

She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

She was a 1954 graduate of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Ill., and was a
member of Faith Baptist Church in Spotsylvania County.

She is survived by her father, daughter, Deborah Kay Hemminger, of Roanoke, Va.,
sister, Uldene Etta Gratton,  of Spotsylvania and brother Victor Rodney Grafton
of Aldie, Va., three nieces, two nephews and a great-nephew..

She was predeceased by her mother November 26, 1939, husband William Curtis
Couch, who died January 25, 1972 and brother Donald Thomas Grafton, who died
March 3, 1967.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at Wheeler and Thompson Funeral
Home, 1621 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. at the Wheeler and Thompson Funeral
Home. The Rev. Don Forrester will officiate.

Burial in National Memorial Park, Falls Church, Va.
