Hazel Marks Fennell

Hazel "Dottie" Fennell, 84, of Fenelton, died Thursday, April 9, 2009, at Meadow
Lake Manor, Worthington. She was born April 5, 1925, in Worthington, a daughter
of the late John and Jennie Marks. She was of the Lutheran faith. She enjoyed
crocheting, canning and attending auto races at the Lenerville Speedway, where
she loved operating her son's photo booth, which she did at other tracks as
well. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Calvin "Buzz" Fennell; a son,
Daniel B. Fennell and his wife, Linda, of Sarver; a sister, Marie Swigart, of
Worthington; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Crawford, Elsie Yockey and Eva Perdos.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the F. DUANE
SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, Worthington, where services will be held at 11 a.m.
Saturday with the Rev. Nola Eisenbrandt officiating. Interment will be in
Worthington Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Butler
