Dale Thomas Forester

Dale Thomas "Tom" Forester, 79, of Worthington died Monday, January 6, 2003 in
Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township.

He was born February 10, 1923 in Worthington to Charles and Eva (Lewis)
Forester.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

Mr. Forester was retired since 1981 from the former Pullman Standard in Butler.

An Army veteran, he served with the 464th Army Engineers during World War II.

His memberships were the Worthington American Legion and the Chicora Veterans of
Foreign Wars.

He enjoyed hunting.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Berneta L. (Ruffaner) Forester; one
sister, Anna Kathryn McCollim of Houston, Texas; and several nieces and
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, John and Leroy Craig
Forester.

Private funeral services for Dale "Tom" Forester, 79, of Worthington, who died
Jan. 6, 2003, will be held at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Bear Street,
Worthington with the Rev. Jonathan Speck officiating. 

Burial will be held in the Worthington United Presbyterian Cemetery,
Worthington, Pa.
