William Rowland Flick
William Roland Flick, 59, of 428 Union Ave., Kittanning, Pa., died Monday
afternoon, February 14, 1977 in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 26, 1917 in Worthington, Pa., son of Abraham T. and Dee Viola
(Snyder) Flick.
He was a 1936 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army, and was a
retired employee of the F.S. Construction Company, Pittsburgh.
Surviving are his wife, Lois (Laird) Flick; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Susan)
Lewis and Mrs. Linda Klingensmith, both of Kittanning; four brothers, Charles E.
Flick, Robert L. Flick, Abraham T. Flick, all of Worthington, and Orville G.
Flick of Fenelton; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James J. Flick and Paul
T. Flick; one sister, Eleanor E. Flick.
Friends of William Roland Flick, 59, of Worthington, who died Feb. 14, 1977,
will be received at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Kittanning, from 7 to 9
p.m. tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Service will be held at
the funeral home at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by Dr. Robert H. Thurau, pastor
of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kittanning.
Burial will take place in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
